The weather looks perfect today, clear skies light winds and cool, it did get down to 45 last night though. There was mist on Ingram Bayou we raised the anchor and were underway at 7am. Our route East brought us past Perdido Key, Pensacola, and Santa Rosa Island (going past here I always remember the many family vacations we spent here and the fishing trips in the Bay and out in the Gulf) then we past Ft. Walton and into the Choctawhatchee Bay to Bluewater bay Marina on Rocky Bayou which is across from Sandestin and Baytowne. Niceville is the name of the town, we have stayed here often, they have a car they loan to cruisers who are overnighting and there are good grocery and hardware stores nearby. We need to reprovision since there are no grocery stores near the casino district in Biloxi where we were the last few days . We'll be here till Monday morning if all goes well.
NOTE : I added pictures to yesterdays post Point cadet to Ingram Bayou
