Point cadet Marina to Ingram Bayou

We woke up this morning and the weather was fine, clear skies, light SW winds and cool. I checked out with the marina office and we took in all the lines we had out, there were more than usual due to the high winds shifting from differnt directions a few days ago. We headed East past Pascagoula, Dauphin Island, and across Mobile Bay. The wind began to pick up a bit mid afternoon so the bay got a little choppy while we were crossing but not too bad. On the East side of the bay we past by Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
Ingram Bayou is a nice anchorage just East of Gulf Shores on the North side of the Intracoastal Waterway, we have used a couple of time before it is well protected from winds in any direction and is popular with cruisers travelling by, there is another trawler in here with us tonight.
Tomorrow we will try for an early start and make a long day of it to try to make up for the time lost previously.
the internet connection is very bad so no pictures today hopefuly I'll be able to send them tomorrow
